Common situation of regular dryers.

  • When you choose air dryer, are you still worry if the air dryer can solve the problem as follow?

  • Normal heat exchanger surface is easily  corroded which  will introduce  contamination.
  • The delta T between inlet and outlet air temperature is wide which resulted in lower outlet temperature. As a result, this will causes condensation at the downstream pipeline. This is not good for user environment and it will also causes the corrosion of the pipeline.
  •  Working pressure(0.6-0.95MPa)
  •  Generally you will have to pay extra design fee for higher pressure application.

  • Heat exchanger of SSD series air dryer,water separator and air pipe uses 304 stainless steel.
  • SSD series air dryer is suitable for food manufacturing, medical ,chemical industry and semiconductor industry.
  • RS-SSD series air dryer uses R134A refrigerant which compliance with all  countries regulation.
  • RS-SSD series air dryer inlet and outlet air  temperature difference is lower (Only 3-5℃).Outlet compressed air relative humidity is low which prevent condensation at downstream pipeline.
  • Unique design Pre-cooler which ensure heat exchange adequately and reduce Evaporator load. This will causes  air loss of refrigerant in the compressor to be lower ,only 70% air loss of normal air dryer.( Effective for energy saving).
  • Evaporating Pressure Regulating Valve: it can ensure the temperature of refrigerant going into the evaporator at 0-1 ℃ ,This will ensure that the dew point stable(3~5℃) and avoid icing in the heat exchanger.
  • Water separator:the WS shell use 304 stainless steel,inner material is stainless steel silk screen, it can remove99.9% condensing water from evaporator which ensure that it can achieve   low pressure dew point.
  • Exhaust gas temperature protection:It protect compressor which due to refrigerant leak and equipment from over load operation.
  • Compressor: Piston compressor is reliable and  low noise. It also include internal self over load heat protector and capacitance. This will ensure longer operating life cycle of the compressor.
  • Fan motor temperature controller: Prevent icing on heat exchanger.
  • The dryer size is smaller and compact due to the stainless steel plated heat exchanger design. It is also easy to install in limited space environment.
  • Suitable for wall mounted design.
  • All buttons on top of equipment which is easy for operation.
  • Dryer with dew point color indicator to indicate outlet air dew point.

  • Pre-cooler,evaporator and liquid separator of PD series refrigeration dryers are all following all-in-one modular structure, standard production can improve dryer reliability greatly.

  • PD series refrigeration dryer adopt modular control system,all kinds of other controller types are available according to customers requirements. RS485 I/O, Profibus protocol, Modbus protocol and Ethernet are available on customer request
  • PD series refrigeration dryer is designed with smart industry appearance, armoured panel is not only pretty also easy for site service.
  • PD series refrigeration dryer is designed by “one key mode”, normally site commissioning is not required, even for mechanical type, we have mutiple compressor protection, refrigerant high pressure alarm, refrigerant low pressure alarm, refrigerant high temperature alarm, continuous start countdown, simple dewpoint display and compressor preheat (while dryer stop) protection and etc., Our design surpass all our competitors.
  • Friendly refrigerant R407C is adopted for all of PD series dryers.
  • PD series dryer is of plate-fin heat exchanger with international advanced special channel design, which has stronger anti-icing and lower pressure drop.
  • PD series dryer is of the worldwide brand compressor with high energy efficiency ratio. If equipping with good transducer and dew point energy saving system, the  energy consumption shall be continued to decline.
  • PD series dryer adopts thickened aluminum alloy of heat exchanger, whose corrosion resistance is more than twice the similar overseas products (the material cost is also higher).
  • The high heat-efficiency of pre-cooler of RS-PD series dryer can guarantee the inlet and outlet temperature difference at 5~6 degree, and low relative humidity at the compressor outlet, and prevent downstream pipe from corrosion.
  • The unique design of the pre-cooler makes sufficient heat transfer, and greatly reduces the evaporator load, so the power consumption of refrigerant compressor is low, only 70% of the normal one (save energy obviously).
  • The air condenser adopts nanometer hydrophilic membrane materials,Good hydrophilia, corrosion resistance and self-cleaning. Small resistance of airflow, heat exchange rate can be increased by10%~15%.
  • High-performance fan, low noise motor, high volume, lower energy consumption.
  • Bypass valve,Expansion capillary: larger bypass valve can assure discharging the 100% of the spare cooling capacity when the overload is low so that it protect the compressor. The expansion capillary can ensure the temperature of refrigerant into evaporator at the range of 0-1℃,which can ensure  the pressure dew point at 2-8℃。
  • Water separator: RSL *- 250 ~ 1800-PD uses the patented design, external WS ensure excellent PDP; meanwhile ensure the pre-cooler, evaporator can be leak test separately, greatly reduced the risk of dew-point difference due to channeling gas within the system (domestic and foreign products exists the design flaws)
  • Exhaust gas temperature protection: it can protect the compressor when the refrigerant leaking or the equipment is overloaded.
  • Pressure protection: Installing the refrigerant low/high-pressure production.
  • Compressor: Using world famous brand of compressor, with reliable performance and low noise.
  • lFan motor controller: Using DANMARK DANFOSS pressure controller as fan motor controller.
  • Low voltage electric apparatus :Using FRANCE SCHNEIDER electric apparatus which is the first brand of electric apparatus.
  • Due to the low height of dryer, the buttons are on the top of equipment and easy to operate. For large size dryer, we are using cabinet design which is occupying  lesser space.
